The website acts as an platform for searching, contacting and availing services from the pet enthusiasts, pet owners, pet trainers, boarders etc. who may be listed with Pet Pipers and is also engaged in selling packaged pet food and other pet related accessories & Services. Note Pet Pipers does not engage in the production, manufacturing of any of the packaged food products listed for selling, nor does it in any manner promote or advertise the consumption, use of the food products so listed. Pet Pipers only lists the available third party products on as it is basis which the user may of his own discretion, after satisfying himself/ herself of the product, may purchase.
The users of this website may interact with the prospective service provider through the platform provided by the website.
1. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION:
I. “PetPipers” means the online platform that provides a venue to its users to books for Pet Grooming & Spa, list and publish posts regarding Adoption, access the veterinary directory & list of Pet Boardes for obtaining the requisite services and related services and products.
II. “Pets” means dogs, cats, guinea pigs, birds & rabbits.
III. The official language of these terms shall be English.
IV. The headings and sub-headings are merely for convenience purpose and shall not be used for interpretation.
2. ELIGIBILITY OF MEMBERSHIP:
I. Use of the Site is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years but at least 13 years of age, you may use this Site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use. If your age is below that of 18 years your parents or legal guardians can transact on behalf of you if they are registered users.
II. Our website reserves the right to terminate your membership and refuse to provide you with access to the Site if we discover that you are under the age of 18 years. The Site is not available to persons whose membership has been suspended or terminated by us for any reason whatsoever. If you are registering as a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind the entity to this User Agreement.
III. Except where additional terms and conditions are provided which are product specific, these terms and conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings, or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with any other terms of any order submitted. 3. REGISTRATION:
I. Our services are available to registered Users only. These users who have registered as per the terms and conditions Can view all ads, posts and log of service provider registered with Pet Pipers. They can create, post comment on Blog and forum.
II. In order to avail our services you shall be required to create an account with us. In order to create an account and register with us, you shall either create an account with us using an online form or you may register with us by using your valid account on the social networking service such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google accounts. An OTP will be generated on the registered Mobile network provided by you and which will have to confirmed on the webpage for the registration process to complete.
III. You represent and warrant that all required registration information you submit is truthful and accurate, and you will maintain the accuracy of such information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use, or suspected unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. You must not share your password or other access credentials with any other person or entity that is not authorized to access your account. Further you are solely responsible for any activities or actions that occur under your website account access credentials. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with any of the above.
IV. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, false or misleading or to reclaim any username that you create through the Service that violates our Terms. I. Our website is a one stop platform for all your pets needs. Petpipers provides a platform to the users to avail grooming and spa services for your pets at your doorstep by placing requests/ order with Pet Pipers. Website also details/ lists maintains a directory of the veterinary available in your area; pet boarding house; trainers, along with the requisite qualification, certification, experience, speciality, area of operation etc. as may be to enable the user to make an informed choice and the contact details to enable the user to contact the aforesaid persons for availing the services associated with them. The said available are hereinafter collectively referred as “Services”.

Pet Grooming and Spa
PetPipers provides professional grooming service at your door step in the convenience of your home. The Pets are bathed, dried and groomed i.e. hair cut or style, matting, nail trim, ear cleaning, as per your request.
Payment is due on completion. Estimates are based on the nature of the pet, its age, breed, but some pets may require extra work which will incur extra charges.
Please stick to the appointment time specified upon booking, and confirmed in your pre-appointment email/ call. We operate on a one -to-one basis which is a premium grooming service that ensures that your pet is given 100% of his or her groomer’s attention throughout the appointment period. This system can only work if the pets are ready and available at the confirmed time, when the groomers arrive for the treatment.
You will also be expected to provide a clean space with hot and cold water outlets to enable the groomers to carry out the grooming as per your request. Our groomers after completing the grooming will ensure that the space so provided has been cleaned and sanitized so that there is no infestation
You must inform us of any underlying health issues or allergies as we can not be held responsible if a condition flares up due to the pet being groomed. However we will try our best to avoid this if you inform us prior to grooming.
Flea Policy – your Groomer will check for fleas before the grooming. If your dog has fleas the groomer will treat the problem at extra cost
You must inform us if your pet is nervous or aggressive in any way before grooming. There is an extra charge for aggressive pets as they will require muzzling. We reserve the right to turn away any pet which may prove a danger to both them and us.
We endeavour to groom each dog to the owner’s specifications, as far as the dog will tolerate and the coat condition and type allows. We will always place a dog’s welfare, safety and peace of mind above adherence to a particular style. In case of being unable for any reason to groom to the exact style wished by the owner, we will endeavour to contact the owner and agree upon a suitable alternative style.
We will groom your pet to your specifications you are hence requested to send written instructions, if required. This eliminates any confusion which can occur when receiving verbal instructions. If you book your appointments online, you can leave your instructions in the appointment booking in as much detail as you wish. We always read through a clients appointment notes prior to the groom.
If, after the groom is complete, there is anything about the groom that you would like altered, please advise your groomer accordingly before the groomer leaves the house. We are never offended by timely requests to make minor changes, so please ask.
No direct contact will be made to the groomers and any services to be obtained from the groomers will only be obtained through Pet Pipers.
During the treatment the owner must not be present while the groomers are at work as the pets generally tend to excite in their behaviour in the presence of their owner.
Once your booking is received we will confirm with you either via email or text message your exact start date/schedule, as may be applicable, which will then be fixed.
Failure to Inform of any cancellation/ change of time up without prior notification results in a small charge of AED 100 per dog to cover staff costs.
Requests to re schedule must be made in writing by post or email or by making a call to the customer service, details of which have been provided below. However, transfers are subject to availability and Pet Pipers is not obliged to ensure suitable alternatives are available.
If a booking is cancelled due to the weather or for any cause beyond the control of the client we will then take appropriate steps for rescheduling all the bookings to an alternative week or course date.
Tipping your handler. Tips are never expected – but always appreciated.
Pet Vet:
Use PetPipers to find a veterinary located in your area. Petpipers maintains a directory of local veterinary, vaccinators, who have registered their services with the Petpipers database. User can conduct a search, choose a service provider and engage them to do the necessary work. While a great deal of care has been taken to keep information on this site both accurate and inoffensive, Petpipers cannot be held responsible for errors, misprints, omissions or misinformation. Users are solely responsible for the selection of the veterinary, vaccinators—from the directory and any arrangements made, financial or otherwise, are strictly between the Vet/hospitals/ Vaccinator, and the User. The Vet/hospitals/ Vaccinator, registered with the Petpipers database, are not employed by and do not in any manner represent PetPipers and Pet Pipers cannot be held responsible for any problems, deficiency or otherwise, that may arise from such arrangements.
Pet Boarding & Training
PetPipers act as a link between boarding homes best suited for your needs and preference, who will board your dog when you travel, freeing you from the stress of leaving your pet alone. Petpipers also assists you in finding a trainer for providing basic or advanced Training to your pets.
Users undertake that the Information furnished in the form is upto date and correct to the knowledge of the Owner and the same may be verified by the sitter at the time of admission.
On the basis of the information provided Pet Pipers connects you with the ideal Pet Boarder/ Trainer most suited for your need and preferences.
Registered users specifically represents that they lawfully own pets listed in form and the information disclosed in the form is true and correct to the best of their knowledge.
It is clarified that Petpipers only acts as a third party link between its users and those providing the services. The parties i.e. users and service provider are free to discuss and negotiate all terms of their arrangement. Pet Pipers is in no manner responsible for the warranties made by the respective Pet Boarders & Trainers.
Pet Adoption
Pet Pipers provides its user with a pet search platform to find the ideal pet for yourself or your family. At Pet Pipers users can also post for finding a new home for their pets
We also review your requests and will contact you when the ideal is in need of a new home.
We do not house, make any guarantees or have any contact with any of the pets listed on our website. Information regarding pets posted on the Site is provided by the posting organization/ Registered user and is not checked for accuracy nor guaranteed to be accurate or complete. We are not therefore responsible for any issues that may arise out of contact you have with any pets listed on our site. We are also not responsible for any issues that arise regarding any of the organizations or individuals that post pets on our site.
We endeavour to make sure that animal shelters and rescue groups keep their listings on our website up to date, and that these groups are reputable and responsive to the public, but we assume no responsibility for any actions any of these organizations may or may not take.
No adoption fee will be charged and no user/ organization is to use the Site for the selling/ buying of Pets. Petpipers is committed to provide loving new home and shelter for pets and a new a companion to its users.
Online Pet food/ products
Petpipers also offers its users an online Pet retail store offering the best prices possible on its products to its users. However, there is no such guarantee that the price will be the lowest in the town, region or geography. Prices and accessibility are subject to change without notice or any significant legal responsibility on Petpipers;
We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Pet Pipers does not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.
We ship only in United Arab Emirates. For buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies only. Orders are shipped within 10 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company. We are not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 10 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. We are in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer. Shipping cost will be separate on actual basis.
You can only cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will give you store credit for the entire amount, if received, irrespective of the product plus the shipping cost charged, if any. Terms of use shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates. The place of jurisdiction shall be exclusively in Dubai.

I. Generally, transactions are conducted smoothly on our website. However, there may be some cases where we and you may face issues. A ‘Dispute’ can be defined as a disagreement between you and us in connection with a transaction on the Website.

III. The seat of Arbitration shall be Dubai and the language used for arbitration shall be English. The Arbitration will be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual consent of both the parties.
16. NO WAIVER IMPLIED:
The failure of us to enforce at any time any of the provisions of these of Agreement, or the failure to require at any time performance by you of any of the provisions of these provisions, shall in no way be construed to be a present or future waiver of such provisions, nor in any way affect our right to enforce each and every such provision thereafter. The express waiver by us of any provision, condition or requirement of these provisions shall not constitute a waiver of any future obligation to comply with such provision, condition or requirement.
17. SEVERABILITY:
Each Term shall be deemed to be severable. If any Term or portion thereof is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall in no way effect the validity or enforceability of any other Term.
18. ASSIGNMENT:

II. We may assign our rights and delegate any of our obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, without your consent. 19. FORCE MAJEURE:
We shall be under no liability to you in respect of anything that, if not for this provision, would or might constitute a breach of these Terms, where this arises out of circumstances beyond our control, to the extent that performance of their respective obligations is prevented by an Event of Force Majeure.
In this Clause Event of Force Majeure means an event, which prevents a Party from complying with any of its obligations under this Contract, including but not limited to:
I. acts of god;
II. natural disasters;
III. sabotage;
IV. accident;
V. riot;
VI. shortage of supplies, equipment, and materials;
VII. strikes and lockouts;
VIII. civil unrest;
IX. Computer hacking; or
X. malicious damage.
These Terms collectively represent the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and supersede any other agreement or understanding (written, oral or implied) that you and we may have had. Any statement, inducement, promise, covenant or condition not expressly found either in these Terms shall be deemed as void.
